Why the name Cordial Cowboy?
Named for my dog Huckleberry, Cordial Cowboy embodies the friendly, welcoming nature that we portray in our service.
Hi, I’m jordan harwood
Owner & Operator of Cordial Cowboy.
As a seasoned beverage professional with 15 years of behind-the-bar experience, I founded Cordial Cowboy in 2024 after rethinking my own relationship with alcohol and noticing a gap in how non-alcoholic options were treated on menus; often lacking depth and feeling like an afterthought.
Over the past two years, I’ve operated this business as an award-winning mobile pop-up bar specializing in high-end zero-proof cocktails. My true passion is the ritual of a celebratory drink, and I don’t believe that should be dictated by whether or not there is alcohol in the glass. It is my ethos that everyone deserves a nice cocktail, and all of my offerings receive the same level of care, balance, and attention to detail.
In the wedding and private event space, my goal is to bring this same level of dedication to a thoughtfully curated bar experience. One that feels elevated, intentional, and seamless. From classic cocktails and custom creations to refined zero-proof options, each menu is designed to enhance the celebration and reflect the couple’s vision with sophistication and care.
While in a public capacity, our pop-ups are still centered on alcohol-free libations, we do offer full bar service for private events in an attempt to be more inclusive than ever before.

My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
