As a seasoned beverage professional with 15 years of behind-the-bar experience, I founded Cordial Cowboy in 2024 after rethinking my own relationship with alcohol and noticing a gap in how non-alcoholic options on menus were often lacking in depth and intention.

For more than two years, Cordial Cowboy has operated as an award-winning mobile pop-up bar specializing in high-end, zero-proof cocktails. However, my true passion is the ritual of a celebratory drink, and I don’t believe that should be dictated by whether or not there is alcohol in the glass. It is my ethos that everyone deserves a nice cocktail, and all of my offerings receive the same level of care and attention to detail.

With that being said, we’ve decided to shift focus away from public pop-ups and hone in on providing an unparalleled bar service for weddings and private events. These settings allow us to customize and personalize the experience more than ever before, and make our services more inclusive by offering alcoholic bar service.

In the wedding and private event space, my goal is to provide next-level dedication to a thoughtfully curated bar. One that feels elevated, intentional, and seamless. From classic and custom cocktails to refined zero-proof options, each menu is designed to enhance the celebration and reflect the host’s vision with sophistication and care.
